Which application method is suitable for my product?
Among our labelling machines, there are different application methods to choose from. The method that suits your product may vary depending on the material of the product, the type of label and the production environment. The choice of application method is important to ensure that labels last long and remain legible.
- Wrap-around system: Is a type of labelling system used to apply labels to products that are usually cylindrical or irregular in shape. We have both semi-automatic and fully automatic wrap-around machines which, with their accuracy of application and efficiency, have a strong advantage over manual application. Our wrap-around systems are commonly used in food, beverage and cosmetics production, where beer, wine, soft drinks, cans, tinned food, perfumes, bottles and packaging with rounded edges are produced.
- Wipe-on: With this method, the label is removed from the carrier paper and rolled onto the surface of the product. This is the easiest and most common application method and works best on flat and regular products.
Why do you choose to have printed labels in your labelling machine?
Printed labels are particularly useful when you want a more attractive label design with colour and graphics on your product.
